Parts of Study Material not delivered

I signed up for the DCC Bookkeeping with PASTAL Diploma on 2015-02-09, I also paid the course in full on the same date. I was told that I will receive my study material within 26 working days from registration. After numerous phone calls I only received my first part (Bookkeeping and Accounting part 1) study material on 2015-03-15 and received (bookkeeping and Accounting 2 & 3 ) on 2015-04-02. <br> I am still waiting for my (Bookkeeping & Accounting 3 and PASTAL study material) as on today 2015-05-15. I've made so many phone calls to the call centre without any success.<br> I fell that it is totally unacceptable that I have to make so many phone calls and have to wait now for 3 months for the rest of my study material. I hope the CEO of Damelin see this complaint and do something about the incompetence of his departments and staff.
