paid up letter still not received

I finally decided to pay the amount that damelin said i was owing though i ddnt write their stupid exams and they told me my itc will be apdated in 7 days they sent me an email and sms promising me they will apdate 10 days later its not apdated and i also asked for paid up letter and the stupid consaltant sent me a statement so im nw even more anoyed by damelin i called their call centre spoke to micky n yolanda and anada guy hu ddnt evn give me his name they all asked me to hold till my airtym was exhosted and no one came back to me, can i please get my paid up letter and remove me from itc please damelin
