PAID UP LETTER

I am not happy at all about the service I received from Damelin. Very quick to hand over the account but can't even resolve a simple issue. My account was handed over to Phoenix recovery and I was given an account number to deposit the money into, and they will send me a paid up letter. It's been over two weeks now and nothing has happened. I call the college and get no help , I then get hold of Phoenix to query with them, and to my surprise they don't even have my details on their system and I am apparently not the first student to have this issue, and the account number I was given to deposit money into is not even theirs. All I am asking for is for that paid up letter to clear my name, but judging by Damelin's response rate on this platform, I know I will not be assisted. I must say I am very much disappointed. I really thought I was dealing with professionals who have been in the game long.
