Paid R21 495 - no study material received

I paid upfront for the 2yr course, month and a half later, still no study material!! Quick to take your money but ****py service. Whenever I contact them I hear the same lies...next week...latest next Thursday or Friday...!!!! If someone doesn't deal with this a.s.a.p. I want my money back!!!
