Paid for Exam entry 2 months ago no registration

I completed the damelin exam entry and past paper order forms and made a payment on the 7th of April already, I then sent through the documentation and again sent it on the 15th of April. Today I have still not received my exam confirmation letter even though I am writing exams next week, which means I do not know at which venue or the dates or the times. I then phoned the call centre and spoke to Nomusa who told me that I should have it by the end of the day but I have still not received it. I have suffered as a result of the incompetence of Damelin staff numerous occassions and am at this stage contemplating taking legal action against them. I need this issue resolved so that I can complete my examinations and never have to deal with them again!
