Overall incompetence of college and its staff

My whole experience with DCC has been annoying. The only time service was quick and efficient was they were taking my money. That was the last time I had someone bother with me as a student. Since then I've had to fight for every single thing, from study material to be delivered and now exam timetables. Now they just don't bother answering calls or responding to any mails sent through to Dcc support and if they do you will have to wait at least three days for a ****ty response. I've been requesting for study material for weeks on end and no one can tell me a thing! Mind you I am registered to write these subjects for which I can't prepare because they are failing me as an institution. Then for this icing on the cake, they send me a timetable with ONE subject on when I paid and registered for aTHREE. apparently this is the only subject I am allowed to write in April. Lol how convenient as they failed to send me the study material for the other 2. This is after they confirmed IN WRITTING that I am registered for all three now all of a sudden I get a silly mail telling me there are only certain subjects I can write. Why did the not mention this PRIOR registration? What **** is this???
