Outstanding results

I studied at this institution in 2015/2016 and I am still waiting for my results and certificate! I have phoned numerous times only to hear all the excuses in their small book. Lately, when I call, they would put me on hold until the line drops. I have paid for a course but Damelin has not done their part by sending me my results. This institution is by no means trustworthy. I am feeling helpless and desperate.
