Outstanding course and marks

I have been registered with my Damelin since 2016. Every time I sat for an exam my result will come missing. The reason I haven't finished the course yet is that I have been trying to get my marks for me to know what is missing as my results will always either be missing the exam mark or assignment mark. I have been told that my course expired on 2019 there for they can't help yet l have proof of the queries and they also have trends of emails of my queries over the years... My fees are paid up but l still don't know where l stand.
