Obtaining of Diploma

<p>I have completed my Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in 2016.I assumed the college would contact me regarding me obtaining the diploma like they never fail do so when you miss a payment. When I phoned the call centre today I was informed that if you do not phone they do not contact you regarding receiving the diploma. Considering the fees one has to pay to them I am sure they can make just one phone call explain the process in you finally obtaining the diploma. I personally they should change their processes. I am disgusted with DCC.</p> <p> </p>
