not responding to emails and not issuing the results in time as they promised

My company paid cash for my studies and now still waiting for my November results, I got an email saying from Damelin.. results blocked as their account department has not confirmed the payment of the studies I have refund also , they are saying wont be refunded , rather they will set it off against my exam registrations.. I don't owe them anything.. everything paid out: registration fees , exam fees, module fees
