Not paying me back my deposit

I paid a deposit as per Damelin's request last year February (2014) when I app**** for my son to enrol as a student at Damelin. They turned down my application and to date hereof (despite hundreds of emails and telephone calls to them) I am still waiting for Damelin to pay me back my deposit. Over a year later!!!
