Not happy with Damelin Correspondence College!!!!!!

I registered with Damelin correspondence college earlier this year, the registration process went smoothly, but the issue was getting my timetable for the June examinations, they captured my email address incorrectly, I was not even sure if I was going to write, I literally fought for my timetable, when the time table came back I had a clash, I was suppose to write 2 subjects a day, Imagine...

I have not received my March assessment results up to date, I was told that there is a delay with their paperwork, no apology and their call center agents are so rude and sarcastic.

I spoke with Mandy last week and she was very polite and advised that I should call the following week for my time table, which I did and I spoke to Molefe who was so rude and sarcastic, he advised that SMS's were sent out to the students notifying them to register for Nov examinations, I told him that I did not receive any SMS from Damelin and he said it's probably the network and I will have to write my exams the following year, Damelin' s Notice board is always under construction, There is no communication from the college and the student advisors are not reachable, their call center agents are not helping as well, Every month they deduct money from my account, but I am not getting value for my money.
