Not happy with damelin

Hi they final respond at damelin but I'm not happy with their decision i registered with them and pay fees in full which was R15120 than i cancel now they telling me will be getting only R3024 refund 80%cancellation fees but i didn't write any exam or even submit any assignment dont understand how can they charge so much what are they charging me for .they send me an appeal form to fill in and sad it gonna take 2 week before they get back to me 2 weeks has pass yet am still waiting for their respond after appealing
