Not happy and my time is

I have registered to study at Damelin College, I am so dissapointed about the poor service I am getting there ,there is a lack of communication. I don't know where I'm standing I have try so many times contact the college and I'm not getting any assisted. I have sent an cancelling letter and requested a refund since August still no response and there are still debating my account. My time was wasted and I did not achieve what I have hope for . I want my money back so that I can persuade my studies somewhere else.
