Not getting refund back after a year of waiting

I app**** at Damelin Correspondence for a photoshop course. I payed the course fee in full and was then informed a week later that they don't teach that course anymore. I then asked for a refund of my money. <br> I filled in all the paperwork and sent it in.<br> They let me know that it will take 90 working days for my money to be refunded. I asked if there was any easier way for me to get my money back because it was a mistake on their side and not mine. They then said no and I agreed to their terms.<br> It has now been a year later and I have still not received my refund. I have phoned day after day for months now and every person I speak to just says that is't not right and they will look into it and let me know. I haven't gotten a response from any one of them.<br> I know now that the head of refunds is aware of me and my situation but haven't heard anything from him for 2 weeks now.<br> <br> I've e-mailed and phoned everyone that I could possibly talk to about this and still nothing has been sorted out.<br> I really need this to end now and someone to just help me get my refund back which is very late.
