Not getting my certificate

I've completed my studies in February 2019. After numerous emails no one can help me or refer me to the correct person. I'm not getting any joy or feedback. The work paid for my studies and now I need to make arrangements because Damelin can't provide me with a result statement or certificate. Feeling really disappointed.
