Not a Good study place

I have a question on multiple stuff on my studies, I emailed them last time on the 6th of April got a response back from them in June telling me that they will escalate the query I am still waiting for the response. They received all my study money put me on ITC because according to them I owe them R200 still. So please think twice before you want to do your studies at Damelin
