Noncommunicable & completely inefficient

I started studying through Damelin in 2017.

As at today (03/02/2020), I still await assignment results from 2018 to date. I have been begging and pleading for my results, and keep getting told they have not been marked and have been sent through for marking and every single call and query is escalated and yet here I sit in February 2020 with nothing as yet having been marked.

I have had my course extended 3 times because of their lack of communication and inefficiencies. I will now need to again have my course extended for the exact same reason.

I was registered for Pastel 14. During the course of my studies, they changed the course to Pastel 18 without notifying me. It took me a full two years to eventually get working software, and serial and assessment codes from Damelin, and in December 2019, I was told I would have to redo all my Pastel Assignments for the newer version, which I am happy to do. Except I can't, because as at 1 January 2020, the software's serial number lapsed and Damelin was supposed to issue a new code. I was told to contact them in the second week of January which I did, and after numerous calls and emails, now, in February, I am still waiting for a response.

I finally managed to get my previous results for June & November 2018 and June 2019 in December 2019.

November 2019 exam results were supposed to be released on 31 January 2020. On the day, we received an email stating that results would be emailed to us, and would be available on the student portal by 6pm, as the results would be released during the course of the day - dependant on the load shedding schedule, but the results would be released. Up until today, I have not received any emails, and when I try check on the student portal, my student number brings up an error - Student not found.

My tuition fees were paid up over a year ago, and yet I still can not even get a simple statement showing that my account is up to date.

Why do I have to beg and plead for simple services that I should be getting since I have actually paid for them?! I am at my absolute wits end with this "college"
