Non service delivery

I registered with Damelin correspondence college, and was issued with a student number. I was advised that I would receive my learning materials in 21 working days. Up till now I have not received any. I went on to their social media page and went to go and complain, but that did not even help. I was finally contacted by a lady Ncumisa, who stated that my books have been despatched and I would receive it latest by Friday 15th March. This company never answers its calls as there is always a high call volume. If this is the type of service they are giving me I wonder what will happen going forward. I think I made the worst choice. My student number is 411083.
