Non getting feedback on my completion letter

Good day

i have completed my studies with damelin correspondance in Nov 2024.

i cant get hold of them to issue me a completion letter. the land lines does not work and they do not respond on my emails. Its been a strugle since i started. My studies are paid up and i have completed the diploma in business management. Please can anyone assist with a direct contact that can help me. I have lost my job due to me not being able to provide evidence of my completed studies.
