Non delivery of most of the Training Material

I registered my daughter with DCC for the N Diploma in Electrical and received the confirmation of the registration as off 20 January 2015 .<br> I can't stress my disappointment when I received the study material as majority of the material was not delivered. My daughter is unable to commence the N4 course as she received only 1 of the 12 books for N4 , 3 books of the 12 books for N5 and 8 books of the 12 books for N6 . No explanation was given as to when to expect the rest of the material. This shortfall will affect her deliverables and course completion dates.<br> Please note one can't enroll for the N5/N6 exams at the FET without completing the full N4. She will be missing the April Exams as well as July exams because DCC failed to deliver her N4 books to commence her studies.<br> I phoned and communicate to many of DCC Student Services people and most recently Tyrone L. Booysen . He did try his best , but failed to resolve the delivery of the rest of the learning material. I can't register her for the N4 exams as she needs her books to complete assignments with DCC for her year mark to enroll for the FET exams <br> <br> 2nd complaint on hello peter on this issue.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
