Non Delivery

My daughter registered and PAID THE FEES IN FULL on 24 Nov 2015. Books were promised to be delivered to her within 21 working days. She was told that they were not closed during December Xmas-NewYear period.<br> The books should have been delivered on 24 December 2015.<br> <br> 22 January 2016 and after 6 phone calls and many emails to *** there are still no study materials.<br> During the phone calls we have been told different stories including an incorrect waybill number. I was told that the books had been issued on 18 Jan and should arrive this week, and that two books were out of stock and would POSSIBLY be dispatched on Friday 22Jan.<br> <br> On checking the delivery address. ..They had the wrong address.<br> <br> Received some books on 22 Jan, but not all.
