No support for their student and no response

I have sent numerous emails to Caren and Palesa with no response at all. I have requested to change from distance learning to part time months ago but no one is getting back to me, when I call in they tell me to send an email but when I do I get nothing from their side. It is so frustrating coz I pay a lot of money at this school and when I registered I was promised effective student support and outstanding client satisfaction. Since I started it has been one complaint after another. I'm really over this now.
