No Study Material since Nov 2015

Hermon Ogbamichael from Damelin college send me a email that my current course study material have changed and they will send me updated material and a new hand book. This was Nov 2015 and they did nothing since. I must restart my 18 month course due to this delay and they will only allow me 3 additional months to complete the course. In other words they will take the R18000 I paid them and just pocket it as I will not be able to finish this course in that time.
