NO STUDY MATERIAL - REGISTRATION PAID - CREDIT RECORD AFFECTED

Good day,

Registration of R3500 was paid on 28 January 2019. I highlighted my concern over not receiving any study materials or being given a student number. (Your after sales is really bad)

My mails have never been attended to. I have since been called numerous times to settle my account but have never been able to study because of my point 3 mentioned above. I have since refused to pay as I was ignored and no study materials.. this has in turn badly affected my credit record. Please assist me.
