No study material recieved, not even dispatched

Paid my registration fees in March and my guide has still not been dispatched. Been **** to by Duval that it was and I need to wait 21 days, waited after 21 days they said its not sent and there is no stock, every time I called they kept me on hold for more than an hour and then cut the call. I cant speak to a team leader or supervisor as they are constantly in meetings and I get **** to that they cannot get hold of the courier company every day. This has got to be the worst institute ever. I want a full refund of my fees and I will be going to another institute if I don't get a refund I will be placing Damelin on all social media and newspaper networks as I work for a broadcasting company.<br> <br> Student No: 423731
