No Study Material - Pastel Accounting

I submitted my documents towards the end of July and received a letter confirming my registration for Pastel Accounting was completed on the 3rd of August. 21 working days was the waiting period for study materials. I am still waiting.<br> <br> I then received an email stating that there was no stock after i had made a written inquiry. I called again to find out when I should be expecting my study material and was told an urgent request would be sent to the distributors. I have called the call center recently but it just rings. If I do Get through the call is immediately put down. I then decided maybe i should leave a request for a call back, still no response. I have since moved from Durban to Johannesburg and I remember stressing to the student consultant that i move around a lot so a timely and prompt delivery would be great and I also expressed my need to complete the course A.S.A.P. which is why I opted for the Pastel Accounting course.<br> <br> I need my study material.
