No study material or feedback

I enrolled for the Grade 12 Old Curriculum course on the 22nd of September 2015, of course when it comes to payment and enrolling everything is very speedy, I had no complaints dealing with a lady called Sazane. However, the problem I am faced with now, after waiting nearly a month the courier arrives at my door with a single introduction subject book which then turns out to be the one subject I have already completed and I did request exemption from that subject when I enrolled. It is now the 24th of November and I have not to date received a single book, email, or phone call as to why. I have contacted student services who says I have to speak to the person who enrolled me, I contacted her via phone more than once and also via email, she says its not her department, but she said she would try and sort this out and forward it to the relevant department. Absolutely have I never been so frustrated, and time is running out, exams are June/July next year and I have 5 subjects to complete PART-TIME. This is pathetic service from Damelin, if it starts out like this, how long will I wait to deal with assignments???
