No study material & incorrect information given

I have emailed Damelin about 50 times since I paid for my course CASH and the full amount UPFRONT. I paid on the 5th of February and sent through relevant documentation. After numerous call and emails I finally received my proof of registration with my student number. I still haven't received my books. More than 21 working days since I paid. I was also informed of the wrong assignment due dates which lead me to register my external exams at the local FET College (which I also had to pay for) which I now can't write because I can't submit my assignments in time as I have no books!!!!! I have registered for a National N Diploma in Financial Management. On my registration form it says my period of study is valid for 2 years only. I could never complete this course in 2 years if I can only write my 1st set of exams at the end of year due to no books as yet. Then I was informed telephonically that I have a year to complete each \N4"\""N5\"" & \""N6\"" which should total to 3 years but I still haven't received my amended registration that this is course is valid until the end of 2017. I NEED THIS TO BE SORTED OUT ASAP or I will pursue legal action and request a FULL refund for TERRIBLE SERVICE!"""
