No study material - False promises

Enrico Emmerson was enrolled at Damelin College on the 29 Jan 2015 at a cost of R7044.00. Student number 422998. He is doing Maths and Science Matric with CASS, this means he has assignments and tests to do throughout the year. To date Enrico has not received any studying material or dates regarding to to CASS and examinations. We have contacted Damelin on MANY occasions, just to be told the study material and schedule is on the way. I phoned the courier service Damelin uses with the wabel number that Damelin gave me today, they have no record of this. Enrico has 3 year of Maths and Science to complete in one year, but Damelin does not seem to care or want to help - only false promises (and hours wasted on phone calls and money wasted on phone bills) Enrico is extremely dedicated and hard working. He is determined to improve his matric, so that he can be accepted into Varsity next year. I can not begin to understand why Damelin has not kept their obligations and promises. We trusted Damelin, they received their payment, but do not deliver. This young man's future seems to be of no importance or concern to Damelin.
