No study material and no communication

Still Bo study material after 2 days. No communication from the college, I tried calling the student helpline but nobody seems to know what is going on. I get put on hold every time I give them a call. <br> Secondly, my student no. 423376 is still not working. Clearly you are working with a bunch of *********** staff when this matter has still not been resolved. If you cannot deliver on your promise please pay back my refund.<br> Thirdly, I signed a debit order for which I faxed through with my contract to Girly Mazibuko, the debit order did not go through and I queried about this and instead you send me another debit order to fill in.<br> This is my second complaint about this college. Get somebody who can help me and who actually knows how to get the job done.
