No Study Material

I enrolled my daughter for Grade 12. Damelin, Sibongile Thusi, was great and hounded me for payment before the deadline of 30 November 2015. I sadly paid in full and received a memory stick in January 2016 with the study material. Just after receiving it, we were \smash & grabbed\" and the memory card was ****** in the incident. I have constantly since then attempted to get a replacement memory stick with the study material to no avail! It is pathetic, I've e-mailed student services, called their telephone and left messages, personally attended to their offices in Pretoria Central only to be told, sorry, you must e-mail the student services. Not a single reply except an automated response that my query will be responded to in 48 hours. Really Damelin, you are a joke!!! My daughter cannot do any work or submit a single assignment. Damelin is quick to take your money but then cannot supply the study material. Very poor show! Now the long process of civil action to get my money back and enroll with an institution that gives a damn!"
