No study material 5 months later

I registred for a course via Damelin Correspondance college and started paying for the course in Dec 2015. I received what I thought was all of my study material in Feb 2016 and this was only after I chased the College myself with regular calls to find out when my books wold be deliverd. When I was collecting my books the gentleman assisting me asked where my POE was. I had no idea what he was talking about and he went on to also doubt himself. In the middle of March 2016 I got to the end of the 1st chapter of one of the modules and was referred to a "booklet" to complete my assignment for that chapter. I looked through all my study material and there was nothing extra. All I had for each module was a text book and an answer book of sorts. I then called ICB (the examining body) who said they could only help for booking of exams. The Damelin Correspondence call center said that they would look into the matter and that it sounded like I was missing some vital items in order to do my assessment which would contributes to my final exam. I finally made head way on 29 March 2016 and was told that I would be assisted. Since then I have had no response from the call center and none of my emails have been rep****. I cannot do any assessments or prepare for my exams because of lack of material. I decided to skip a payment and of cause I received a call asking when I would pay. Even with the finance department saying they would email the relevant department I still have not heard from anyone. I have been paying for over 6months for the course which is meant to take 18months to complete. At this rate I have no idea when I will sit for my exams and what issues I will face for not completing on time.
