No study Material

I registered with the college on the 2nd of February 2015, and I was promised I will get the study material in 21 working days, I waited for three weeks and the forth week I called them to find out what could be the delay, and I was promised to receive it the same week, days went by, I called them the following week I was told the same thing as the previous week, so I call each and every week for the material and I am being told the same thing, and now they promise to deliver today or tomorrow which never happens, it frustrating to be told lies whilst they remember to debit form my account and I also paid the deposit in time, no one is bothering to update me, I use my own airtime to call them and they take for ever to answer, if the college cant keep up with their promise they might as well refund me my deposit and the money they collect from my bank every month, i will look for another institute to study with.
