No study material

I registered with Damelin first week on February 2015, and paid the deposit, then I was advised I will receive my study material in 21 working days, I waited for 3 weeks, the fourth week I called them to find out what's going on with my study material and I was promised I will receive the material the same week, which I did not receive, I called them the following week I was told the same thing until today I haven't received anything, all they say is I have been put on their spread sheet and I will receive the material the day I called or the following day, its really frustrating to keep on calling and being told the same thing, whilst they are debiting the school fees every month, no one bothers to call and update me, I still have to use my airtime to call them, and I wait for more than 20 minutes before someone can even answer the call. if they cant keep up with their promise they might as well refund me all my money I will go and enrol with other institute.
