No service still waiting for my exam results

I am still waiting for my exam results with was written in June already. I received an email that states - register by 6 oct for exams but i have not received my results, so i gave no idea if i should register.

I have been phoning Damelin for 2 weeks now. I have been placed on hold day after day for anything from 10min tot 65min and then the line is cut off. No one seems to be helping me. On the days i do get through the staff informs me that they would email me by the end of the day. Till today no one as phoned or emailed. I have phone the complaints the department and was once again placed on hold day after day. I have paid all my fees and im receiving no services. I have a full time job and can not phone everyday whole day and if i need to re -write exams i need to take leave. Im currently while typing this email, still on hold to get my exam results. No one is answering the phones. As a matter of fact the first words out of any damelin staff members mouth is please hold.!!!!!! This is the worst service i have received in my life.
