NO service RECEIVED at DCC

Good day all,

I would just like to share what a bad experience I have had with this institution. I am sure I am not just speaking for myself but many other students too.

I am a part time engineering student with this institution, unfortunately I have only encountered bad experiences this past year.

If one has to write controlled test, and you pitch by the venue allocated to you, most of the time there is no paper ready for you. Eventually the invigilator will find a paper for you and you will be able to write. Once you have now already been put under immense pressure (We all deal differently under stress circumstances)

Secondly when it comes to releasing results, in order to know if you will qualify to write your exams it gets said that they are having issues releasing the results. You only get informed that there is a "delay" once you make an effort to query about your results. Otherwise your left in the dark. In my case I was suppose to receive my results the 25 of Oct. Take note I wrote early September. Its the 9th of November still no results.

DCC has no communication with there students at all. They are not interested in there students.

One pays a fortune for the type of "service you receive"

Don't fall in the same trap as I have. As soon as you have payed your first deposit/installment you will not receive any further feedback.

You will be assigned to a student advisor. In my case my student advisor apparently left this institution I wasn't even informed. I just never got a reply back from him.

You will be put through to serveral people in order to solve your "escalted" problem which never gets solved.

The only thing that is not delayed by this college is for them to deduct there monthly instalments.

I am so frustated with this place and won't recommend anyone to use this college.
