No service provided since registration

Since registering with damelin in June 2015 I waited for study materials for more than a month and after submitting assignments in August 2015 (what's suppose to be a 30 day wait for results) I still have not received any results back to date. Student consultants rather tell me that there is no record of it ever being received on the system yet I have the proof that it was sent. No one responds to emails sent, getting hold of student consultants is almost non existent. I was sent through the exam confirmation list CLEARLY stating that I was writing the Business Communication exam on the 04/11/2015 at 9am at the NG Church in Linden JHB where upon arrival there was no record of me or even the paper that I was due to write. I've sent an email cancelling my studies with damelin and up till now have not heard anything from anyone. I refuse to pay for something that I am not getting and will be taking this matter further to higher authority because for the pathetic service that damelin provides the college does not deserve the right to be in operation. Monies get deducted alright but the service cannot be provided. I would never recommend this place to anyone to study at EVER!!!
