NO SERVICE FROM DAMELIN CENTURION

This shoud actually be less than even a star rating! You cannot complain about service as there is no service from the Centurion Campus. I registered with the Damelin Correspondence division, after my first year, I realized that I'm struggling too much and subsequently started the process of transferring my details to the Centurion campus in May 2017. In Jan 2018, after countless emails, which was ignored on top of everything, we got to a stage where they requested all my info again, I just started a new position at a new company and could nit get time off to drive all the way to the free state to request my Matric certificate that was destroyed in a fire in 2013, the consultant refused to accept my application without it, although their Distance Learning accepted my application. I then requeted to be refunded, and with big hoohah in March was told that the request was granted, with yet again various emails it was established that the refund will be executed on 25 May, it is now 28 May without so much as an email stating if there's a problem with their system or not, but no refund.
