No service from Damelin

I studied at Damelin from 2015 and during my last examinations (which was in 2017) i under paid due to financial reasons and was handed over to outside collectors ( very fair and the right process) , after making the arrangements with them and paying off every cent owing, we then requested for my results from DCC, this is from May this year. All we are requesting for is just my examination results which for some reason no one gets back to us, no one knows whats going on, no one give proper feedback and we are moving from pillar to post and up till now there is no feedback.

Hence the only way to make this know is to expose and take them to the media if this cannot be resolved.
