No service but haunted with payments

I registered for a CIS qualification and had to get tuition support from Damelin, which I did not receive, but only received one manual from them, but I have been made to pay for three years tuition fees with interests. The public must really be careful on what institutions they register with as some, like Damelin, are not providing the service they should but only interested in making profit.
