NO service

<p>I'm writing a complaint on hellopeter because my complaints to Damelin fall and deaf ears.</p> <p>I'm enrolled in a DCC program with Damelin last year , about 3 months ago I purchased past exam papers online. Two weeks go past and I didn't receive my exam papers so I email Damelin customer care, no response . I phoned them and then they tell me that we can only get exam papers during exam entry times , that's nonsense I'm a student and I have to pay for past exam papers and then I can only get the 1mounth before the exam start How am I suppose to do any revision ? Past exam papers is my only form of reference on how the exams are set and structured.Now exam entry time has come and gone and still I haven't received my past exam papers , my exams are 4 weeks!! When I phone Damelin all they say is they have a backlog with sending the papers , that's the same thing they said to me when I ordered my Textbooks and received some of my books 2months later PAST the examination time.</p> <p>It looks like to me that Damelin are only interested in selling a product and not in helping students succeed. DCC programs are very difficult and Damelin is making it even worse. </p>
