No Reward given by Damelin

I requested my reward on the 31/03/2015 via dcc support I was told 8 to 10 weeks <br> when I phoned in April they said the request was not made they will send thru the request I have to wait another 10 weeks witch I did in the beginning of July I phoned to follow up I was advised that the courier will deliver on the 20/07/2015.on the 27/07/2015 when i phoned to advise damelin that I still did not receive my reward they again said they will forward my request my reward might still be in Cape Town. They will get back to me up until now no feedback no reward can I please find out am I gonna wait another 10 weeks or 10 years for my certificate.
