NO RESULTS RECEIVED, CANNOT REGISTER FOR EXAMS

My husband and I are doing the same course through Damelin. Firstly our study material arrived incomplete and incorrect, and then on submission of all our assignments - before the deadline at the end of August - we were told to expect results within 31 working days. To date we have received no results, which means that we are unable to register to write the exams and have to wait until next year. We have made numerous phone calls and emailed complaints but receive no feedback. Our fees were paid in full on registration and the service we have received so far is absolutely disgusting. We have been shunted from pillar to post and the next step is a report to the consumer complaints commission. Needless to say, we will not be continuing our studies through this institution and will never ecommend them to anybody!
