No results

I have been trying to get my assignment results from May with no success. I have been unable to write exam as I have not yet received any results. I have phoned and emailed various times and even visited the branch in Pretoria. I am also not able to login to the student portal to access any results. Last week this matter was escalated to a manager - and still nothing. Please assist urgently. Student number 421754
