No responses from damelin

right now im at a point where i dont know what to do. there is like no communication from damelin. i have been calling begging for exam time tables and io also wanted to know if they got my assignments . still no response. tried sending my scanned assignments via email and the email says i have no permission to send to the *** money is being deducted but no service at all. is there a way of getting out of this damelin?
