No response regarding Exam registrations

I'm a student at Damelin Correspondence College. I sent numerous emails several months ago in connection with exam registrations, and got little to no response regarding when registrations should take place and fees should be paid. When I was finally able to log on to the Student portal I saw that the registrations were closed and that the last payment date to register for the exams was also closed. I did not have clarity on when assignments or task had to be completed or handed in. The student advisors that contacted me really gave very poor service. Little of my complaints were handled with any urgency. I am very disgusted with the poor service I got from Damelin. I really needed to complete that course as it was a prerequisite for a limited opportunity, that I am now unable to pursue.
