No response regarding assignments. S/no: 411492

I am currently a student at Damelin. I completed a course in Early Childhood Development last year October. Since then I have had to contact Damelin numerous times in order to follow up on my progress. I have never ever received any communication from Damelin since inception. I received my transcript on the 23rd of February 2015, however I am not satisfied with the results. I have submitted all my assignments and it states that I haven't submitted 1 of my Mathematics assignments, and that I am *********** in one of my other subjects: Health, Safety and Care in ECD. I find this hard to believe as I have used the module that was given to me as a guideline to do my assignments. Had I been given a courtesy call about these 2 subjects by the people who marked them, I would have resubmitted the assignments and due to this I have been unable to seek employment as an educator and I have wasted hundreds of rands on phone calls to the institution which isn't helpful at all. I have requested for my assignments to be returned on the 19/02/2015 and it hasn't yet been sent through. Someone please assist me as this is hampering me from finding employment and is wasting my time in the process.
