No Response on Study Guide which is necessary for

Damelin Correspondence College is the worst institution to do any studies through. None of the consultants get back to you and when you call the lines are always busy. I have been waiting for my Study Guide which is necessary to complete assignments since February 2016, all the while they have been debiting my account for these tuition fees. I would like someone from Damelin Correspondence to please let me know when I can get my study guide for Cost & Management Accounting N5. This has further motivated me not to use DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE to do any studies through, they are un-organised , not helpful at all and dont seem to understand that the people paying for the studies are doing so in their own time and dont need to be further frustrated by unhelpful staff members. In any organisation people need to respond to emails when a customer emails them, this institution seems to think that they dont have to. You must remember without students there is no College, and with the level of service you provide, you must be losing students at record rate. Please help me to complete this subject and I will not bother you again by being one of your students. Student number 425056
