No response

I start studying at Damelin Online in March 2022, from day 1 I am struggling to get any response from them, I first have to threaten before I get any response. In 2022 I got cancer so I ask them if I can get a 1 year extension on my studies because of chemo I was out of action for 7 month, I told them as well I will pay extra if I need to, but it is no longer as 9 month already and no feedback. My studies is paid up already, and I am still getting an invoice stating that I owe them R200 and they gave me over to the attorneys because I am a bad payer, and I emailed them the proof of payments and they still keep on emailing me statement for the R200.
